EGO Rosé Babić 2024 is an exceptionally pure interpretation of the Babić grape variety in the rosé style. In the glass, it radiates a delicate but lively salmon hue. The nose is dominated by red berries – fresh raspberries, strawberries and ripe pomegranate, with a subtle herbal note reminiscent of coastal herbs – rosemary, sage and wild thyme flowers. On the palate, it is dry, extremely fresh and precise, with a pronounced fruity character. Medium-bodied, with an elegant finish in which the minerality of the base appears and a salty touch reminiscent of the proximity of the sea. The alcohol content of 11.5% gives it perfect drinkability and lightness.
