Its name, inspired by the Latin word < b>"I", reflects not only the individuality of each winemaker, but also the uniqueness of each grape that comes from that ancient soil.

DALMATIAN EGO is more than wine; it is a manifesto of love, effort and dedication that are woven into each bottle. It is a story about personality, authenticity and passion for viticulture...

At the heart of our vineyards lies the rocky soil that symbolizes stability and steadfastness. Just as a rock provides a solid foundation for our vineyards, a stable ego provides the foundation for a healthy personal identity. At the core of Dalmatian Ego wine lie several fundamental values that guide us through every segment of the brand:

AUTHENTICITY: Our pride is autochthonous white grape varieties such as Debit, Pošip, Maraština and Grko, and red wine varieties such as Tribidrag, Babić, Crljenko, Plavina, Svrdlovina, Lasina, Plavac and Syrah. Through them, we revive and preserve the viticultural heritage of the Šibenik region, bringing you a taste of history in every glass.

SUSTAINABILITY: In harmony with nature, we follow principles of sustainable viticulture. Our practice respects the environment, ensuring that resources remain preserved for future generations, using environmentally friendly methods.

QUALITY: Every phase our process, from the careful cultivation of the vines to the filling of the bottle, is followed with the utmost care. We invest in modern equipment and training of our team to guarantee you a top product.

Our vision is clear: to become a leading producer of autochthonous Sibenik wines, recognized for their quality and authenticity on the national and international scene. Our mission is to produce wines that reflect the unique character of Šibenik's terroir, in harmony with tradition and nature, with constant innovation. We do everything we do because we believe that we can preserve Šibenik's wine tradition. autochthonous varieties and their authentic karst terroir. We will revive and preserve it through dedication to ecological production and new, contemporary styles of wine. With new technologies and modern knowledge, we will supplement the found traditional practices and reduce the challenges brought by climate change, in order to ensure the global availability of organic local wines and introduce wine lovers to Šibenik's wine history.

”Over the years, we have shown and proven that in Slavonia there was a possibility of producing high-quality wines, internationally recognized, which could show elegance and refinement while maintaining the original character. Our archive has many titles, but we are not yet rich enough, we have a mission that has not been fully achieved, which leads us to express the enormous potential of our vineyards and reconcile all the new things that remain to be discovered with the heritage of Slavonian flavors that includes tradition, culture, agriculture, artistic and literary identity.”
