The company Ego launched and edits the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks of the company EGO d.o.o. (Facebook, Instagram).

These terms of use refer to the use of the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and the social networks of the company EGO d.o.o. 

General provisions

1. We will consider that you are fully familiar with these conditions, that they are clear to you and that you accept them with your first use of the website https://ego-vina.hr/. If you do not agree with these terms of use, please do not access the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and do not use its contents or social networks. If you have any questions or ambiguities regarding these terms of use, please contact our Board of Directors at the contact provided in the Impressum.

2. We may change the appearance and content of the website https://ego-vina.hr/ as well as the terms of use for certain reasons, so please review them from time to time to familiarize yourself with possible changes. We will consider that your subsequent use of the website https://ego-vina.hr/ represents your consent to any possible changes to the terms of use.

3. EGO d.o.o. has all rights to the content, texts, photos of the portal https://ego-vina.hr/ as well as social networks EGO d.o.o. . We do not allow the use of any content, texts or photos from the web portal https://ego-vina.hr/ and from the social networks of EGO d.o.o. without our prior written permission.

4. We do not allow the use of content, texts and photos from the portal https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks EGO d.o.o. for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of EGO d.o.o. . Use for commercial purposes is considered the realization of monetary profit directly (by selling, offering and/or advertising content containing materials published on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and on social networks EGO d.o.o.) and indirectly (using content on the Internet on the platform where paid ads and the like are published, where donations, subscriptions or charging for content and the like are collected).

We do not allow EGO d.o.o. on social networks. publishing, sending, uploading and/or exchanging content that offends valid Croatian regulations, including untrue, offensive, threatening, simple, abusive, vulgar, racist and other content that incites hatred of any kind, as well as content that infringes on someone else's copyright rights and other intellectual property rights, unauthorized disclosure of information representing a business or other secret, private messages, personal data of a third party or the right to the personality of a third party is violated.

6. On social networks EGO d.o.o. we do not allow the publication, sending, uploading and/or exchange of content of which you are not the author, i.e. the holder of the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights on these contents, or if you do not have the author's permission to use these contents.

7. On social networks EGO d.o.o. we do not allow publishing, sending, uploading and/or exchanging content that violates the rights of children, the right to privacy of other users and third parties, including private messages. 

8. On social networks EGO d.o.o. , including private messages, we do not allow: - explicit or hidden advertising of any products or services; - explicit or covert advertising of personal websites or blogs; - use of the content and functionality of EGO d.o.o. social networks. in a way that may cause damage to us, other users, our partners or any third party; - false representation with the purpose of threatening, manipulating, deceiving or misleading us, other users or third parties; - publishing, sending, uploading or exchanging unwanted content to users or third parties without their prior consent or request, including multiple sending of materials with the same or very similar content (spamming), chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc.

9. We do not allow any interference or disabling of the use of the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks of EGO d.o.o. to other users. 

10. On the web portal https://ego-vina.hr/ and on social networks EGO d.o.o. we do not knowingly allow posting, sending, uploading and/or exchanging content that contains computer viruses, worms, computer codes, files and programs that may result in the disruption, limitation of operation or destruction of any computer program or any computer and other equipment.

11. We do not allow unauthorized collection, storage, transfer and use of any personal data of users of the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks of EGO d.o.o. .

12. In case of non-compliance with the provisions on contents and activities from the terms of use, all users and third parties will bear the corresponding legal consequences and will be responsible for any damage caused to us, other users or third parties by illegal activities.

The Association of Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek is the holder of all intellectual property rights on https://ego-vina.hr/ and on social networks EGO d.o.o. unless otherwise stated.

We do not allow the use of content found on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and on the social networks of EGO d.o.o. for commercial purposes, which includes downloading, reproducing, renting, distributing, publishing to the public, publicly exhibiting and displaying without the prior written approval of EGO d.o.o. .

2. We do not allow the content found on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks EGO d.o.o. use for the purposes of promotion or advertising of any product or service without the prior written approval of EGO d.o.o. .

3. We do not allow the content found on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and on the social networks of EGO d.o.o. used for the purpose of selling any product or service without the prior written approval of EGO d.o.o. .

4. We do not allow modification, translation, adaptation or any other processing of the content without the prior written approval of EGO d.o.o. .

5. We undertake to investigate without delay any report related to a violation from this section, especially if it requests the removal of certain content from the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and from the social networks of EGO d.o.o. . In this case, we expect maximum cooperation from the user in establishing the facts. If we determine that the reported procedure is contrary to the terms of use, but also in other cases where we consider it expedient, we will remove such content from the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and from the social networks of EGO d.o.o. .

Content uploaded by users on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and on the social networks of EGO d.o.o. in any form are taken exclusively "as they are", i.e. "as available", and we are not held responsible for possible consequences, including any damage that may be caused to other users or third parties, which may result from different interpretations content found on the website https://ego-vina.hr/ and social networks EGO d.o.o. .

2. Despite reasonable efforts, we do not guarantee that the website https://ego-vina.hr/, i.e. all its contents, as well as the contents on the social networks of EGO d.o.o. always be available and available, and that they will not contain errors and computer programs that could cause damage to other users or third parties (eg viruses, worms, etc.).

3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legal regulations, we exclude liability:

– for any damage caused to users or third parties as a result of the publication on social networks of content contrary to the terms of use by users, third parties, sponsors, advertisers, etc.;
