Babić Fjaka is a wine from the Galić winery, made from grapes sourced from the Šibenik hinterland, specifically from the Jadrtovac area. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections and pleasant fruitiness, notably featuring dark cherry and marasca, with some herbal notes in the background. The pleasantly pronounced acidity typical of Babić, along with well-integrated tannins, gives this wine its liveliness, making it enjoyable and inviting for another glass. The retro-nasal flavor is dominated by cherry and subtle notes of oak, which come from aging in used oak barrels.
