EGO Rosé Babić 2024 represents an exceptionally pure expression of the Babić variety in a rosé style. In the glass, it radiates a delicate yet vibrant salmon hue. On the nose, it opens with red berry fruit – fresh raspberries, strawberries, and ripe pomegranate – accompanied by a subtle herbal note reminiscent of coastal vegetation: rosemary, sage, and wild thyme blossoms. On the palate, it is dry, extremely fresh and precise, with a pronounced fruity character. Medium-bodied, with an elegant finish featuring a distinct mineral touch and a salty hint that evokes the proximity of the sea. The 11.5% alcohol content gives it perfect drinkability and lightness.
