Bubble B is a sparkling wine made from the Babić variety, from vineyards in Jadrtovac, where this strong Dalmatian grape finds a refreshed and contemporary expression. In this elegant version, Babić reveals its versatility – combining character and freshness, strength and lightness.
The wine is Brut in style, with fine perlage, freshness, and pronounced aromas of dark berries, red apples, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and balanced, with a subtle touch of tannins that give the wine additional depth and complexity. The minerality and salinity drawn from the Jadrtovac soil further emphasize the wine’s identity.
Recommended pairings: prosciutto, tapas, grilled fish, tuna tartare, or light meat platters with Mediterranean herbs.
