EGO Bubble M – Sparkling Wine

Bubble M is a sparkling wine made from the indigenous variety Maraština, grown in the Jadrtovac vineyard, where the combination of soil and microclimate gives the wine its distinctive Mediterranean character. This interpretation of the variety delivers pure aromatics, liveliness, and elegant freshness – perfect for moments that call for a touch of style.

The wine is vinified in the Brut category, with a pronounced balance of fruitiness and freshness. On the nose, it is dominated by notes of white flowers, citrus, and ripe pear, while on the palate it offers dryness, finesse, and a creamy mousse, with a subtle almond finish. Its characteristic minerality recalls the stony soil and proximity to the sea – qualities that Maraština draws from its strong and defiant terroir.

Recommended pairings: raw shellfish, white fish, carpaccio, light salads, and brunch bites.
